White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice PB Cups

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Pure Butters
2 tsp coconut oil
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup white chocolate chips melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3-4 Tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

How to Prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line with parchment.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together PBfit Classic and milk of choice. Stir in egg, maple syrup, avocado oil and vanilla extract.
  3. Sift together protein powder, cocoa powder, sea salt and baking powder into the mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Bake for 20-35 minutes, or until brownies are set in the center and a toothpick comes out clean. Let brownies cool completely and cut into squares.
